If you want to be the protagonist of your career in a dynamic and appreciative environment, this is the place for you. \#VemPraESAB **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for material planning and production scheduling for **boiler making** operations, ensuring availability of raw materials and components required to meet production and commercial demand. * Engage in production and procurement planning by analyzing **manufacturing capacity, material consumption, manufacturing lead time, and purchasing requirements**, ensuring balance among service level, productivity, and inventory control. * Conduct production plan analysis considering **cutting, bending, welding, machining, and assembly** processes, proposing improvements to production flow and optimizing manufacturing resources. * Monitor departmental KPIs such as **On-Time In-Full (OTIF), service level, production plan adherence, and inventory turnover**, identifying deviations and proposing corrective action plans. * Maintain constant interface with **Engineering, Production, Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain**, participating in planning meetings and supporting strategic decision-making. * Track production orders and material planning, evaluating needs for **expediting, postponing, or canceling orders**, according to demand changes or production capacity constraints. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields**. * Experience in **production and material planning within industrial environments**, preferably in **boiler making or metalworking processes**. * Knowledge of **boiler making production processes (cutting, bending, welding, assembly of metal structures)**. * Experience with **MRP, material planning, and inventory management**. * Familiarity with performance indicators such as **OTIF, On-Time Shipment (OTS), service level, plan adherence, and inventory turnover**. * Experience with **ERP systems (SAP is a plus)**. * Analytical capability to **replan production and purchase orders based on demand and capacity fluctuations**. * Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and planning. * Power BI knowledge for indicator analysis and visualization is desirable. * Intermediate or advanced English is considered a plus. **Additional Information** Profit-sharing program (PLR) On-site cafeteria or meal voucher (depending on location) Health and dental insurance 24/7 telemedicine Wellhub (Gympass) Medication subsidy Transportation allowance Life insurance and funeral assistance Childcare allowance for mothers Private pension plan SESI benefits and discount club Exclusive ESAB product discounts At ESAB, we believe innovation emerges when extraordinary people unite with purpose.
