Junior Actuary

Job Summary: Actuary to work integrally on technical consulting projects, focusing on developing actuarial and financial reports, regulatory support, and data analysis. Key Highlights: 1. A technical, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment The actuary will work integrally with the consulting firm's technical projects, focusing on: * Developing and supporting the preparation of **actuarial and financial reports** (pricing, technical provisions, solvency, economic feasibility); * Technical support for **regulatory projects** (SUSEP, LC 213/2025, CNSP, PPM); * Analysis and processing of databases (Excel, CSV, SQL); * Building, maintaining, and analyzing **Power BI dashboards**; * Supporting studies on: * + Product pricing (insurance and asset protection); + Technical provisions (PSL, IBNR, PPNG, TAP); + Claims analysis, frequency, severity, and operational results; + Risk capital and solvency; * Structuring actuarial and financial assumptions; * Organizing databases, performing validations, and technical checks; * Supporting technical presentations to clients. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Actuarial Science**; * **Active registration with IBA (MIBA)**; * Prior experience (internship, trainee, or professional role) in **actuarial work**; * **Intermediate proficiency in Power BI**: * + Data modeling; + Basic/intermediate DAX; + Power Query; * Advanced Excel; * Strong analytical ability and organizational skills; * Clear and concise technical writing. **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and curious mindset; * Organized and deadline-oriented; * Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple projects; * Strong written communication skills; * Interest in technical and regulatory development. **What We Offer** * Participation in **real, complex, and strategic projects**; * Direct learning from senior actuaries; * Exposure to diverse business models (insurance, PPM, MGA, sandbox); * A technical, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment; * Opportunities for professional growth.
