We offer continuous development and a structured career path. **Responsibilities and Duties** WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead the full implementation lifecycle of the RM TOTVS ERP system, focusing on Backoffice modules (Procurement, Inventory, Billing, and Finance). Conduct business process analysis and system parametrization, ensuring alignment with the client’s business rules. Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation. Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for end users, ensuring their autonomy and mastery of the system. Perform compliance, integration, and stress testing to ensure stability during production cutover. Provide initial support and post-implementation follow-up. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Bachelor’s degree completed. Experience implementing and customizing RM TOTVS Backoffice modules. Knowledge of Procurement, Inventory, Billing, and Finance processes. Strong communication, organizational, and flexibility skills to manage multiple projects and clients. Availability for in-person visits is essential for this role.
