**Responsibilities:**
The Logistics Supervisor acts as a facilitator of collective performance, promoting interdepartmental integration, ensuring service quality, and guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and regulations. People management therefore becomes the strategic differentiator of this role.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Manages and plans logistics department activities. Supervises unloading, verification, handling, and warehousing processes.
\* Manages logistics staff and administrative personnel (drivers, assistants, etc.).
\* Upon arrival, assumes full knowledge of billing and cargo sorting, completing branch vehicle dispatch (ready invoice, sorted goods, team check).
\* Verifies inventory levels.
\* Monitors street collection movements.
\* Fleet management (fueling, corrective and preventive maintenance).
\* Route planning (loading) for the next day.
\* Rescheduling of returned deliveries (redelivery).
\* Team control and management (working hours, absences, warnings, hiring, vacations).
\* Management of facility cleaning and maintenance.
\* Visits clients and suppliers.
**Requirements:**
\* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (mandatory in relevant field);
* Minimum 2 years of experience;
* Driver's license category B;
\* Experience in people management;
\* Knowledge of routine operations (route control);
\* Knowledge of classification routines;
\* Experience with post-consumption inputs is a plus.
