Job Summary: Fast Tennis is seeking an engaged and results-oriented Building Technician to support implementation, supervision, and inspection of construction and infrastructure projects for its facilities and sports courts. To achieve this, Fast Tennis is seeking a* ***Building Technician*** *who is engaged and results-oriented to work directly within our implementation department.* **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and inspect infrastructure construction and services for Fast Tennis facilities and sports courts. * Prepare and interpret blueprints, designs, budgets, and execution schedules. * Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards on construction sites. * Monitor materials, measurements, deadlines, and costs for assigned construction projects. * Issue technical and photographic progress reports for construction projects. * Suggest improvements to construction processes and building maintenance. * Support the implementation of new spaces or structural renovations to facilitate facility expansion and standardization. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in **Building Construction** (with active registration at CREA). * Prior experience in **civil construction, renovations, and building maintenance**. * Knowledge of **design interpretation**, **measurements**, and **construction planning**. * Proficiency with technical drawing tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar). * Experience in sports facility construction or court paving is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Commitment to deadlines and quality. * Teamwork and alignment with company values.
