Job Summary: Work in the production area, assisting in selection, packaging, assembly, and operation of low-complexity machines; transporting materials; and performing related tasks. Opportunity for continuous improvement through training **PCD POSITION.** Work generally in the production area, including Supply Center, Cutting & Assembly, and Stitching, assisting in the selection and packaging of parts, products, and materials; performing visual inspection and routing defective items to scrap; assisting in assembly and operation of low-complexity machines; transporting materials, products, and parts to other production processes; and performing other related and inherent duties. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform general production-related tasks, primarily simple and semi-skilled activities, always following instructions from the immediate supervisor. * Observe the Production Order received in the department and strictly follow specifications determined by the Pattern Department, aiming to meet the company's established aesthetic and comfort standards. * Assist in verifying cut parts against the Production Order description to prevent nonconformities that may compromise product quality. * Assist in sole manufacturing, occasionally preparing components and performing relevant operations such as sanding, gluing, and pressing, aiming to shape the sole, heel, and platform for subsequent footwear completion in the Assembly department. * Assist in assembly and, occasionally, operate simple tools and machines, participating in processing, feeding, and adjusting them to provide effective support. * As required, assemble shoe boxes by folding cardboard along pre-determined marks to meet demand. * Assist in selecting and organizing parts, products, and materials by performing visual inspection, separating nonconforming items from the batch, and routing them for correction or scrap. * Transport materials, products, and parts from one’s machine and/or department to other production processes to supply production lines. 9. Operate low-complexity machines as required, correctly preparing and adjusting the machine before production starts, strictly following supervisor instructions and established safety procedures. * Notify the Department Supervisor or Assistant of any nonconformities identified, ensuring awareness and implementation of necessary or corrective measures. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of departmental materials, keeping the workplace organized and clean per the company’s quality and safety standards, as well as maintaining machines and equipment used in the process. * Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. * Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to the assigned department. **REQUIREMENTS** - Elementary or high school education - Experience in footwear production is a plus Salary: R$1.691,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
