Manage production orders and align activities Position: **Plastic Injection Coordinator** We are looking for a **Plastic Injection Coordinator** to join our team. Requirements * **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience**: Proven experience coordinating plastic injection processes. * **Knowledge**: * People management and leadership of operational teams. * Control and analysis of **KPIs and production indicators** (OEE, efficiency, scrap rate, machine availability, productivity). * Production planning and process improvement. * Basic preventive/corrective maintenance of injection molding machines and peripherals. * Quality tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Lean Manufacturing). * Interpretation of technical drawings and raw material specifications. Responsibilities * Coordinate the plastic injection team, ensuring achievement of production, quality, and deadline targets. * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions. * Ensure proper use of machines, molds, and equipment. * Manage production orders and align activities with PCP, Quality, and Maintenance departments. * Train, guide, and evaluate team members, maintaining a healthy and productive organizational climate. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards.
