* Splice **fiber optic, metallic, and coaxial cables**, both aerially and underground. * Perform **installations, cable laying, and maintenance** on networks. * Assemble **splice enclosures** and prepare cables for connection. * Use equipment to **test cables**, locate problems, and assist in correction. * Conduct basic and more detailed tests to identify defects. * Assist with minor **infrastructure tasks**, such as installing conduits, cable trays, conveyor belts, and racks at POPs and sites. * Complete **work orders** and reports documenting performed tasks and materials used. * Keep the workplace **organized, clean, and safe**. * Perform other job-related tasks as required. * **Organize, assign, and monitor** team activities, preparing daily production reports. * **Mandatory:** Availability to work rotating shifts.
