Collaborate in the continuous improvement of laboratory processes **JOB: QUALITY ASSISTANT** **Location:** Belo Horizonte – Hospital Area **Job Description:** A Pathology and Cytopathology Laboratory is seeking a professional to serve as a Quality Assistant, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of internal processes while ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in implementing and monitoring quality processes; * Control and organize documents and records of the quality management system; * Support internal and external audits; * Verify compliance of technical procedures; * Collaborate with the team on the continuous improvement of laboratory processes; * Monitor quality indicators and propose corrective actions when necessary. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of quality management, preferably in pathology or cytopathology laboratories; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Technical or higher education in health-related fields, biomedical sciences, biology, or related disciplines is desirable. **Working Hours:** To be determined **Salary:** To be determined **Benefits:** * Coffee allowance * Transportation allowance **How to Apply:** Send an updated resume for review (atendimentocytogenesis@gmail.com) Job Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
