Our values guide our actions: ethics, results orientation, collaboration, excellence, and commitment. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the correct execution of microbiological analyses related to cleaning validation, process validation, and other activities; * Ensure that sterilization, decontamination, depyrogenation, and laboratory waste disposal processes are performed in accordance with guidelines established in Quality System documents; * Ensure maintenance of inventory for reagents, microbial strains, culture media, and critical consumables to prevent stockouts or expiration; * Ensure that microbiological monitoring activities—including viable and non-viable particle counts, temperature, humidity, pressure differentials, among others—are conducted in accordance with current procedures; * Complete and ensure accurate completion of Quality System forms required for performed activities, ensuring traceability of information; * Ensure organization and archiving of departmental documentation to facilitate availability upon request by regulatory agencies or internal departments; * And other related duties. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields; * Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry technical standards, equipment qualification, and microbiological method validation.
