We are seeking an **Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist** to work in the agro-industry. This professional will be responsible for overseeing all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities on equipment and systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous operation. Additionally, they will lead the technical team, develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring all practices comply with safety, quality, and operational performance standards. We are a reference in sugarcane-based biofuel production in the North and Northeast regions of the country. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead the electrical and instrumentation technical team, promoting alignment and productivity; * Plan, assign, and monitor the team’s daily activities, ensuring deadlines and goals are met; * Supervise and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems; * Diagnose and resolve issues in industrial equipment—including frequency inverters, soft starters, transmitters, electro-pneumatic positioners—and perform calibration and adjustment of instrumentation and electro-pneumatic equipment; * Read, interpret, and apply electrical and instrumentation drawings to conduct diagnostics and guide technical interventions; * Ensure all activities are carried out according to technical specifications and regulatory standards; * Develop preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability; * Participate in projects for the installation and improvement of electrical and instrumentation equipment. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical course in electrotechnology or automation; * Industrial electrical experience preferred; * NR 10 certification. **Additional information** * Meals and gym access at the company; * Life insurance; * On-site accommodation; * Partnerships with optical and medical clinics; * Internal and external training programs; * Telemedicine (online medical consultations); * Transportation provided to the cities of Balsas, Fortaleza dos Nogueiras, and São Raimundo das Mangabeiras/MA.
