Our platform demands secure, scalable, multi\-tenant, white\-label architecture with strong observability, privacy and guardrails. **Who You Are** You are a senior tech lead/solutions architect who ships cloud products and production LLM/agent features. You design multi\-tenant architectures, secure data pipelines from devices, set SLOs/observability, and apply safety/evals/guardrails to LLM features. You mentor engineers and improve platform reliability. You have exceptional attention to detail and prefer working independently focusing on objectives. **Responsibilities** * Own platform architecture: multi\-tenant, white\-label, observability, IaC, SLOs and platform reliability. * Turn LLM/agent capabilities into shipped features: RAG, agents, evals, caching and safety/guardrails. * Design secure data pipelines (wearables insights), privacy\-by\-design, and audit readiness. * Mentor and uplevel engineering teams; produce ADRs, diagrams and production hardening guidance. **Requirements** **Must\-have qualifications** * 8\+ years building cloud products with 3\+ years as Tech Lead/Architect and LLMs/agents in production. * Strong system design, APIs, MLOps/CI\-CD, security and observability experience. * Demonstrable architecture artifacts (diagrams, ADRs) and experience hardening LLM features for production. **Nice\-to\-have** * Experience in healthtech, regulated data, voice agents or vector DB architectures. * Experience with digital twin concepts or clinical AI workflows. **Benefits** **Compensation \& performance bonuses** Retainer: USD $1500 \- $2,500 per month (adjustable by seniority and scope).
