Job description: **Job summary:** Responsible for supporting operational activities in restaurants and hotels, including cleaning, maintenance of facilities, and assisting in food preparation according to technical specifications. Must ensure the quality of supplies, observing expiration dates, cooking methods, and quality standards, always in compliance with good manufacturing and hygiene practices. **Detailed description of activities:** * Control and identify foods to be refrigerated or frozen, performing proper labeling; * Report to the Chef any irregularities identified in the supplies; * Keep the kitchen, utensils, and equipment clean and organized, meeting health inspection requirements; * Avoid waste and strictly follow good hygiene and food handling practices; * Properly wear uniform, hat, and personal protective equipment during working hours; * Contribute to CMV (Cost of Goods Sold) control; * Assist in dish production and assembly as directed by the kitchen team. **Working hours:** * From **3:00 PM to 11:20 PM**, on a **6x1** schedule. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (company covers 50% of employee's monthly fee, with co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental assistance (at no cost to the employee); * Fuel allowance **or** transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost to the employee); * Meals at the workplace; * Pharmacy card. **Remuneration** * Base salary: **BRL 1,861.24 per month**; * Average commission: **BRL 400.00 per month**; * Potential for additional earnings based on performance Job type: Permanent CLT Job type: Permanent CLT
