





The professional will handle customer service via telephone, selling vehicles and overseeing the entire sales process. They will be responsible for analyzing leads received through the manufacturer's portal, verifying whether the customer has already had an initial contact, and entering information into the Mobi Gestor system. They must also send catalogs, proposals, and photos to customers, update the Auto Avaliar system, and keep the schedule constantly updated. Additionally, they will monitor performance using Phone Track, analyze available vehicles in the Dealer inventory, check quotations on the website, and verify in the Vianuvem system whether the customer has passed through the Insider program. Participation in the manufacturer's training sessions is required for continuous updates.
