




Job Summary: The Junior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the entire procurement cycle, from requisition and supplier negotiation to delivery and ERP system registration. WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A JUNIOR SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST * Submit and analyze budgets, conducting negotiations with suppliers. * Issue and manage purchase orders and contracts, monitoring delivery deadlines and compliance with agreed terms. * Analyze and balance commercial proposals, conduct negotiations, and lead internal acquisition approvals. * Send contracts for signature and register all purchases in the ERP system. * Develop domestic and international suppliers, including onboarding, approval, and information updates. * Interpret requisitions, terms of reference, project documents, and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with required standards and regulations. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, payment methods, and commercial terms. * Monitor the full procurement cycle—from requisition through delivery and payment. * Interact with internal customers to understand scope, clarify doubts, define schedules, and align expectations. * Consolidate requirements when necessary and ensure effective communication regarding supply chain policies. * Comply with and reinforce company policies, standards, and procedures, as well as applicable legislation concerning procurement and service contracting. 2512200202551899232
