Interaction with monitoring systems for failure validation Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Telemarketing Assistant in Ibirité (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, chat, and e\-mail. Basic technical support for common connection issues (no internet, slow speed, unstable Wi\-Fi). Guidance on equipment reboot (ONU, modem, router). Verification of customer status in the system (blockage, authentication, plan, due dates). Logging, updating, and closing technical service requests. Escalation of unresolved issues to higher support levels or field teams. Handling simple commercial and administrative requests. In-depth technical diagnosis of connection failures: bandwidth consumption, slowness, and recurrent disconnections. Reset, provisioning, and reprovisioning of ONUs and customer equipment. Basic adjustments to service profiles, speed, and authentication (per provider policy). Connectivity tests (ping, traceroute, latency and packet loss verification). Interaction with monitoring systems and OLT for failure validation: identification of network, infrastructure, or widespread issues. Previous roles as Telemarketing Operator, Customer Service Agent, Call Center Assistant, or Telemarketing Analyst may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. Currently pursuing higher education.
