With a focus on technology and design, it aims to efficiently meet its clients’ needs. **Responsibilities:** Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns, focusing on generating qualified leads, reducing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and continuously improving conversions. Strategically drive commercial results by integrating media, CRM, customer journey, and performance analytics. Develop online and offline media plans aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and campaign calendars. Propose acquisition strategies and funnel optimization approaches for diverse audiences, considering both B2C and B2B models. Identify opportunities in paid, organic, and partnership-based media to expand reach and lead generation. Configure, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other media platforms. Segment audiences, conduct A/B tests, structure ads, and execute remarketing and lookalike campaigns. Collaborate on the creation, validation, and testing of new ads, copy, and creative approaches. Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets to ensure efficiency and optimal cost-per-result. Integrate campaigns with CRM systems to ensure lead traceability and journey tracking. Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, volume of qualified leads, and channel-specific performance. Identify funnel bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements and conversion optimization strategies. Build dashboards and performance reports (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools). Prepare recurring executive reports with insights for leadership and internal departments. Bachelor’s degree required.
