The goal is to bring in a professional capable of **managing day-to-day marketing operations**, ensuring continuous execution, organization, deadline control, and delivery predictability. **Key responsibilities** On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for: * Monitoring online and offline marketing action plans, ensuring execution according to schedule; * Supporting the digital marketing agency in organizing the content publication calendar, monitoring comments and metrics, and overseeing content production for social media, website, landing pages (LPs), and forms; * Acting as the operational contact point with the paid traffic agency, managing schedules, checkpoints, and adjustments, while also organizing insights and learnings for reporting to leadership; * Tracking marketing metrics and KPIs, supporting the consolidation of periodic reports; * Supporting the operational CRM and marketing automation routines for SDRs, including database updates, lead segmentation, sales funnel organization, and integration with the sales team; * Managing operational relationships with suppliers and partners: issuing briefings, requesting quotations, tracking deadlines, performing basic delivery validations, and organizing requests; * Executing internal marketing (endomarketing) and internal communication initiatives in alignment with HR and leadership; * Supporting the organization of events, trade shows, and promotional activities, handling logistics, materials, and supplier coordination; * Structuring and standardizing marketing processes: demand management, checklists, unified calendar, and documentation of routines; * Executing ongoing operational tasks within the department, ensuring fluidity, pace, and predictability. **Success indicators for the first 3 months** * Organized and predictable marketing operations; * Autonomous day-to-day management with suppliers and partners; * Consistent adherence to deadlines and schedules; * Operational clarity for leadership regarding the progress of initiatives; * Reduced rework and increased execution efficiency. **Technical requirements** * Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (in-house or agency); * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace; * Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, paid traffic, and SEO); * Familiarity with marketing metrics, KPIs, and marketing data analytics tools; **Expected behavioral profile** This position requires someone who: * Is highly organized and reliable; * Demonstrates proactive behavior; * Can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; * Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing; * Knows when to ask for help and escalate decisions; * Easily builds relationships with internal teams, partners, and suppliers; * Is open to learning, feedback, and continuous development; If you enjoy translating strategy into execution, holding teams accountable for deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met, and seeing the gears turn because you’re in control of the process—this role was designed for you.
