We seek committed, analytical professionals eager to grow alongside our company. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Key User – Systems Analyst**, responsible for serving as the primary liaison between end users and the IT team, ensuring corporate systems are used efficiently and aligned with internal processes. This professional will serve as the technical reference for the area, conducting training sessions, answering questions, and participating in testing and system improvements. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as the **primary contact (Key User)** for corporate systems such as ERP, WMS, CRM, or other platforms. * Assist users in the **correct use of systems**, guiding them on processes, workflows, and functionalities. * Validate new enhancements, fixes, and updates by performing **testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)**. * Deliver **training sessions**, develop manuals, and guide teams on best practices. * Document processes and ensure standardization of operational routines. * Support the IT department in **implementing solutions**, integrations, and system adjustments. * Identify opportunities for **continuous improvement** in workflows and system usage. **Requirements** * Experience with corporate systems (**ERP, WMS, CRM**, or similar). * Knowledge of **processes within the relevant functional area** (logistics, administration, finance, HR, sales, etc.). * Strong communication skills, ability to teach, and ease in delivering training. * Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile. * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in system implementation or technical support. * Experience in the logistics sector. * Knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL).
