




Ensure that RP Diesel’s pricing policy aligns with market conditions, competitiveness, and the company’s profitability, delivering accurate and strategic analyses to support decision-making by senior management and the sales team. * Perform **diesel auto parts pricing**, considering market dynamics, margins, competitiveness, and taxation. * + Analyze, update, and maintain pricing tables in ERP systems and control spreadsheets. + Monitor **cost fluctuations, taxes, and competitor pricing**, proposing timely price adjustments. + Support the sales team with **pricing information, simulations, and reports**. + Develop **dashboards and profitability analyses by product, product line, and region**. + Propose strategies for **promotions, commercial campaigns, and discount policies**, aligned with financial objectives. + Ensure the **integrity, historical record, and organization of pricing data**. + Collaborate with Tax, Finance, and Procurement departments to validate tax implications and margin impacts. + Participate in strategic initiatives such as **new product launches or entry into new markets**. **Requirements** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Technical Knowledge**: Advanced Excel (mandatory: formulas, pivot tables, data cross-referencing, dashboards). In-depth knowledge of **national taxes and special tax regimes**. Ability to analyze markets, competitors, and costs. * **Behavioral Competencies**: Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile. Proactivity and decision-making ability. Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in **pricing** or within the **automotive/diesel sector**. * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, Protheus). * Experience with **Business Intelligence (BI)** and data analysis tools. * Technical English proficiency for reading technical materials and catalogs.
