




Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the management of the open premium portfolio, performing follow-up, collections, and negotiations with clients, brokers, and the commercial team, with a focus on reducing delinquency. Identifying opportunities for improvement in collection processes Responsible for supporting the management of the open premium portfolio, performing follow-up, collections, and negotiations with clients, brokers, and the commercial team, focusing on reducing delinquency and meeting the deadlines established by the insurance company. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor and collect overdue premiums using internal reports and systems, ensuring progress in credit recovery; * Conduct negotiations with clients, brokers, and policyholders to identify alternatives for debt regularization; * Calculate interest, issue payment slips (boletos), and track agreed payments; * Manage and monitor policy cancellations due to non-payment, ensuring compliance with internal procedures; * Register or remove entries from credit protection agencies (e.g., SERASA), per current policies; * Support clients and partners (brokers) by addressing collection-related inquiries and debt resolution requests; * Refer cases to judicial collection, compiling and forwarding required documentation to the legal department or partner law firms; * Prepare and update managerial collection reports, including delinquency indicators, agreements reached, and revenue forecasts; * Follow the defined collection escalation process and operational procedures to ensure activity standardization; * Support SLA compliance for the team and contribute to organizing operational tasks; * Identify opportunities for improvement in collection processes to increase efficiency and results. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of insurance is considered a plus; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel); * Experience with SAP is a plus. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (R$ 997.70/month); * Food Allowance (R$ 771.13/month); * SulAmérica Private Health Insurance (private room); * SulAmérica Dental Plan; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Alelo Christmas Basket Voucher (R$ 771.13); * Life Insurance; * Daycare or Babysitter Assistance (R$ 502.29 until age 6); * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Birthday day off; * Early 13th salary payment in May; * TotalPass; * OnHappy. * **Work Model:** Hybrid * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * **Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG ***All our positions are inclusive of People with Disabilities (PCD) and all forms of diversity.***
