




Job Summary: Lead the commercial team to ensure achievement of targets, talent development, and optimization of B2B/B2C sales processes for digital educational products. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous process improvement and customer experience Lead MED Review’s commercial team, ensuring target execution, team development, and efficiency in B2B and B2C sales processes for digital educational products. **Team Management and Performance:** Supervise Sales Analysts and Sales Assistants, assigning targets, conducting coaching sessions, defining responsibilities, and managing forecasts. Conduct periodic alignment and feedback meetings. Identify performance gaps and propose training initiatives. Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and engagement. **Commercial Strategy:** Support the management team in defining commercial goals and strategies. Plan prospecting activities and digital sales campaigns. Analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer engagement. **Processes and Continuous Improvement:** Standardize sales processes, pipeline, and funnel (monitoring conversion rate, cycle time, and lost opportunities to refine outreach approaches). Ensure accurate CRM recordkeeping. Implement continuous improvements in commercial processes and customer experience, guaranteeing consistent follow-up cadence, standardized outreach approaches, sales playbooks, etc. **Cross-Departmental Integration:** Validate data and identify bottlenecks and opportunities together with the Sales Ops Analyst to implement continuous improvements. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CX teams on campaigns and product launches. Participate in strategic meetings to align goals and outcomes. Facilitate interdepartmental communication to optimize sales performance and student engagement. **WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS** * Solid experience in digital sales, preferably for educational products. * Prior experience managing commercial teams. **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
