We are experiencing rapid growth and need a Billing Analyst to ensure accuracy, agility, and compliance in processing a high volume of invoices and collections. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams, playing a\-key role in the company’s financial health. * Issue and verify large volumes of invoices (products and/or services); * Verify orders, contracts, and taxes prior to billing; * Monitor billing deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance; * Interface with internal departments for adjustments and corrections; * Resolve billing discrepancies and support the team; * Update billing reports and departmental KPIs; * Participate in continuous improvement of billing processes and systems. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Billing Analyst in a high-demand environment; * Solid knowledge of issuing and verifying electronic invoices (NF\-e, NFS\-e) and basic taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS); * Proficiency in Excel or advanced spreadsheets for controls and reporting; * Experience with financial ERPs; * Organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle large volumes of data. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in companies with high-volume billing; * Basic accounting knowledge and reconciliations related to billing; * Experience with billing process automation and system integrations.
