Customer service and optimization of miles and credits We currently have an opportunity for professionals experienced in **airline ticket issuance, cancellation, and rebooking.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare budgets and modify domestic reservations (LATAM, Azul, and GOL); * Correct ticket data and add services such as PET and baggage; * Manage reaccommodations for involuntary changes on domestic and international flights; * Act as intermediary in communications with airlines, maintaining clear and proactive communication with customers; * Issue and cancel tickets using miles; * Manage cancellation credits and virtual cards for additional services; * Handle internal requests related to airline tickets; * Seek optimal profitability and maximize the use of the company’s mileage bank and mileage cards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience with tools such as Excel, Word, and Gmail; * Practical experience in issuance and cancellation processes using miles; * Organized, attentive, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM; Weekends and holidays: 2:00 PM to 8:20 PM, 5:00 PM to 11:20 PM, or 6:00 PM to 12:20 AM, depending on schedule
