**Responsibilities and Duties** **As an IT Governance Analyst I, your main challenges will include:**
* Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of IT governance practices and processes;
* Supporting governance of IT service management processes, promoting standardization, control, and continuous improvement;
* Developing, reviewing, and maintaining policies, standards, procedures, and operational workflows;
* Managing contract validity periods; preparing documentation for procurement processes; monitoring contractual obligations and service-level agreements;
* Managing and monitoring IT suppliers, evaluating supplier performance, and conducting follow-up meetings;
* Managing non-conformities and action plans;
* Controlling and monitoring supplier payments, validating measurements and invoicing, analyzing financial deviations and variances.
* Interfacing with finance, process, procurement, and contracts departments;
* Ensuring compliance in active payments and contracts;
* Consolidating, analyzing, and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs);
* Preparing management reports, executive presentations, and dashboards;
* Organizing and facilitating governance committees, forums, and meetings;
* Monitoring action plans and strategic IT initiatives;
* Providing support to our students and employees;
* Providing infrastructure support to end users;
* Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of all IT infrastructure.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Prior experience in IT Governance;
* Process management and continuous improvement experience;
* Knowledge of policy, standard, and procedure development;
* Ability to develop and analyze management indicators;
* Partner management experience.
**You’ll stand out if you have:**
* Experience with RFP (Request for Proposal) / TR (Terms of Reference) processes;
* IT budget management experience;
* Knowledge of ITIL or other best practices in IT Governance.
**Work Location and Schedule:**
* Senac Belo Horizonte/MG (on-site);
* Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs.
