Job Summary: An architecture/engineering professional to support project development, technical drawing production, coordination, and on-site construction supervision, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preliminary studies and executive architectural projects 2. Development of technical drawings and detailed documentation 3. On-site construction supervision with supervised technical visits Description: * Support the preparation of preliminary studies, conceptual designs, and executive architectural projects. * **Develop technical drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed documentation according to established guidelines.** * Assist in basic coordination between architectural projects and complementary projects (structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). * **Conduct field data surveys, on-site measurements, and organization of technical information.** * Assist in preparing descriptive reports, technical specifications, and basic quantity takeoffs. * **Support the preparation of technical presentations and graphical materials for clients and stakeholders.** * Research applicable technical standards, urban legislation, and building codes. * **Support on-site construction supervision, conducting supervised technical visits and preparing reports.** * Maintain project files organized and updated according to internal standards. * **Meet deadlines and quality standards defined by technical leadership.** **Desirable:** Experience in wholesale warehouse (atacarejo) project design. Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture or Engineering. Salary: Market-competitive. Benefits: Transportation allowance or company shuttle + meals at work + medical and dental assistance. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00. Location: Liberdade, Ribeirão das Neves (10 minutes from CEASA). Employment Type: Permanent CLT position. Compensation: R$2.037,97 – R$4.500,00 per month.
