**Job Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Responsible for planning, directing, and sustaining branch operations, managing human, financial, and material resources, and supporting the commercial area in developing sales and service strategies. Provide financial consulting and lead teams to achieve targets, ensure cooperative member satisfaction, and drive sustainable growth of the cooperative's business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and implement commercial strategies to achieve branch targets.
* Manage human, material, and financial resources, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
* Support the team in strategic negotiations and closing large-scale business deals.
* Ensure excellence in customer service and monitor cooperative members' post-sales experience.
* Monitor delinquency, liquidity, and credit portfolio indicators, proposing corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards (BACEN, CVM, ANBIMA, LGPD, and internal policies).
* Safely and efficiently manage cash, vaults, and operational branch processes.
* Develop and train the team through technical and behavioral training programs.
* Lead commercial campaigns, prospecting initiatives, and cooperative member loyalty programs.
* Monitor market trends and competition, proposing strategic adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
* Respond to internal and external audit requests by providing information and documentation.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
* ANBIMA certification.
* Experience in credit cooperatives or financial institutions.
* Experience in team leadership.
* Proficiency in negotiating financial products and services and sales techniques.
* Interpersonal communication skills, organizational ability, and strategic vision.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Postgraduate degree in Commercial Management or related fields.
* Knowledge of legislation applicable to credit cooperatives and regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, and ANBIMA.
