Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, storing, sorting, and shipping products, with a focus on organizing and ensuring compliance with logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and execution of unloading and handling of products 2. Inventory management and control, including inventory counts and replenishment 3. Sorting and verification of medicines, ensuring compliance 1\. Supervise and execute product unloading, ensuring proper handling and storage of cargo. 2\. Verify quantities and items received, validating amounts and specifications against fiscal documents and transportation records. 3\. Identify and record discrepancies in goods receipt, taking corrective actions per internal procedures. 4\. Register fiscal invoices, print and affix Distribution Unit (UD) labels, ensuring correct product identification. 1\. Store goods following established standards using data collectors, ensuring inventory organization and accessibility. 2\. Ensure correct identification of stored products, guaranteeing traceability and compliance with logistics processes. 3\. Keep inventory control spreadsheets updated according to SAP and surplus control. 4\. Perform automatic and manual product replenishment, maintaining appropriate stock levels for operations. 5\. Sort controlled medicines and perform this activity when trained and authorized. 6\. Sort and verify temperature-sensitive and thermolabile medicines under the supervision of the Responsible Technician (RT), ensuring compliance with storage and transportation requirements. 7\. Validate order verification, ensuring sorted products match fiscal invoices and customer specifications. 8\. Support billing activities from printing through fiscal invoice issuance. 9\. Manage return flow to suppliers, covering both physical and system-based processes. 10\. Participate in return verification, ensuring integrity of returned goods and proper routing. 11\. Conduct stock counts and inventory audits, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to improved inventory accuracy. 12\. Supervise and support the operational team in daily activities, assisting in resolving operational issues.
