Maintain communication with the team to coordinate loading operations **Machine Operator** **Summary:** Operate the front-end loader for loading, handling, and organizing ore, waste material, and supplies **Responsibilities:** * Operate machinery to load trucks with ore, waste material, or various other materials. * Support stockpile organization, silo replenishment, and cleaning of operational roadways. * Perform daily checklists and basic equipment inspections prior to operation. * Operate machinery safely, technically, and economically, avoiding overloads and excessive wear. * Maintain communication with the team to coordinate loading and movement operations. * Report malfunctions, anomalies, or requirements for preventive maintenance. * Ensure machine cleanliness, preservation, and organization. * Participate in training sessions, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and other function-related activities. **Education:** * Completed Elementary School **Experience:** * Prior experience as a front-end loader operator, preferably within a mining context **Technical Competencies:** * Safe operation of front-end loaders * Loading and stacking techniques * Mine safety procedures (NR-22) * Defensive driving and operational economy **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention and diligence * Responsibility * Safety focus * Teamwork * Commitment **Other Requirements:** * Driver's license Category B, Category C preferred * Front-End Loader Operation Training Course Join our team: visit our Grupo Sollo careers page and apply!
