**Who are we?** AMAGGI's first unit, Sementes Maggi, was inaugurated in 1977 in São Miguel do Iguaçu, Paraná. Two years later, in 1979, operations began in Mato Grosso with the acquisition of a farm in Itiquira municipality. Additionally, since 1997, it has contributed to local and human development in the communities where it operates, positioning itself as a partner in the sustainable development of these regions through the André and Lucia Maggi Foundation. **Responsibilities:** * Perform microbiological quality control analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, including colony-forming unit (CFU) counts, purity assessment, and microbial viability evaluation; * Monitor the presence of microbiological contaminants, ensuring the quality and safety of produced bioinputs; * Record, analyze, and interpret laboratory results, guaranteeing data integrity, traceability, and reliability; * Issue technical opinions to support decisions regarding batch release or rejection; * Investigate quality deviations, identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure complete batch traceability, from raw material receipt to product release; * Support internal and external quality audits by providing technical data and evidence; * Assist in meeting regulatory requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA) by organizing technical documentation; * Support qualification and monitoring of suppliers of raw materials and critical inputs; * Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Bioprocesses departments to ensure technical alignment and continuous process improvement. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biology, Agronomy, Forestry Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering; * Knowledge of applied microbiology for bioinputs; * Experience with microbiological techniques (media preparation, serial dilution, CFU counting); * Basic knowledge of microbiological quality control, data traceability, and result interpretation; * Experience with laboratory routines and equipment usage (autoclave, BOD incubator, spectrophotometer). **Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Apoio Pass * WellHub * Profit or Results Sharing Program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Childcare allowance * Extended maternity/paternity leave * Knowledge Kit * Telemedicine platform * AMAGGI University
