Work Location: **Cuiabá, MT (Águas Cuiabá)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop plans, procedures, maintenance maps, and schedules, validating internal feasibility within the company and with the client; * Develop and apply methodologies for control—including cost management, material reserves, improvements to be implemented—and develop and monitor performance indicators; * Engage with internal departments and the client to negotiate execution methods and deadlines for activities; * Optimize the company’s financial resources by applying technical expertise in accordance with applicable standards, ABNT norms, NR regulations; supervise third-party activities under the same conditions described herein for this role; draft schematic sketches; and update technical documentation; * Verify third-party service measurements and participate in technical and management meetings, preparing reports to present information to the Manager; * Monitor the business plan through analysis of materials, third-party services, and personnel. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Sanitary Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields; Desirable: Power BI, Performance Indicators; Desirable: Driver’s License Category B; Some important but non-essential attributes: Professional with technical and administrative experience to support maintenance areas in their assigned activities.
