Today, the company operates units in Nova Iguaçu, Nilópolis, São João de Meriti, and Campo Grande (RJ), serving the entire Baixada Fluminense and Rio de Janeiro’s West Zone, offering over 25 medical specialties and 3\.000 different types of complementary and laboratory tests. WE ARE LOOKING FOR a data intern If you are creative, responsible, and wish to develop your skills in an innovation-driven environment focused on facilitating access to healthcare, this opportunity is for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Data Extraction and Manipulation Support:** Assist in data collection, organization, and processing using SQL and Python, under team supervision. **Data Visualization:** Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to support decision-making. **Ad-hoc Analyses:** Support business area requests with simple analyses and reports. **Data Best Practices:** Learn and apply concepts related to data and code quality, integrity, and versioning. **Continuous Learning:** Advance technically through constant feedback and direct exposure to real business problems. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** **Statistics and Modeling:** Basic knowledge of statistics, regression, time series, or machine learning (academic or personal projects). **Artificial Intelligence:** Interest in or initial experience applying AI to data analysis. **Business Acumen:** Curiosity about metrics such as ROI, CAC, LTV, and Churn. **Growth & Marketing:** Interest in or experience with data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, or marketing funnels. **Personal Projects:** Portfolio, academic, or personal data-related projects. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION **Academic Background:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
