In this role, you will oversee and mentor a team of skilled developers, shape our technology strategies, drive innovation, and set high industry standards using Python and related frameworks. What You’ll Do: * Oversee the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving decisions on technology, architecture, and technical strategy. * Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous learning and professional growth. * Collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. * Ensure the delivery of high\-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions, setting standards for code quality and leading by example in development practices. * Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and application in current and future projects. * Facilitate communication and problem\-solving within the team, ensuring efficient workflow and addressing technical challenges proactively. Here’s what we are looking for: * 7\+ years of experience with Python. * Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration. * In\-depth knowledge of Design Patterns. * Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge. * Strong experience in application security best practices. * Proven track record in developing and integrating large\-scale applications. * Expertise in both back\-end and front\-end development areas. * Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. * Advanced knowledge of the trade\-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions. * Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses. * Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts. * Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision\-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning. * Advanced level of English.
