Job Summary: Professional to participate in the development and execution of projects, ensuring quality and maintenance of TRANSPETRO's buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting inspections and providing technical support to engineers **Brief Description:** Contribute to the development and execution of projects, ensure construction quality, and maintain/conservate TRANSPETRO's storage and warehouse buildings, acting across various phases and stages of construction or repair processes. **Responsibilities:** *  Participate in the development of architectural and building installation projects, collaborating with TRANSPETRO's multidisciplinary teams; *  Read and interpret civil construction drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and technical details; *  During construction execution, act as supervisor to monitor progress, verify material and service quality, and ensure compliance with project specifications; *  Perform measurements and surveys of areas, volumes, and material quantities for construction control and budgeting; *  Ensure established quality standards are met during service execution and material usage; *  Conduct periodic inspections of TRANSPETRO's storage and warehouse buildings to identify repair or improvement needs; *  Provide technical support to engineers and architects, assisting in project development and construction monitoring, including minor services; *  Prepare technical specifications, unit price spreadsheets, and other documents required for service contracting; *  Request material registration; *  Support contract measurement activities by obtaining evidence of service delivery and submitting such evidence to TRANSPETRO's supervisors; *  Process information for contracting, including initiating requests to other TRANSPETRO departments such as Budget Management, SMS, or others; *  Estimate costs for minor services; *  Monitor construction execution, including schedules and other project management "tools"; *  Prepare documents associated with TRANSPETRO's project approval methodology. **Education and Qualifications:** Professional holding a technical-level qualification in at least one of the following technical modalities accredited by the Federal Council of Industrial Technicians (CFT): civil construction; civil construction drafting; project drafting; building construction; or architectural drafting; provided by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education, State Education Secretariats, or State Education Councils. Diplomas and certificates from other technical courses with different names will also be accepted, provided they appear in the Convergence Table of the National Catalog of Technical Courses (established by Ministry of Education Ordinance No. 870, dated July 16, 2008) and are directly related to the technical courses required for this position. **Work Experience Requirement:** Minimum of three (3) years of documented experience, verified via resume and CTPS (Brazilian Work Record Book), in building project activities. **Required Knowledge:** Proficiency in software applications including Text Editors, Building Project Editors, Presentation Software, Electronic Spreadsheets, Email, and SAP.
