MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Job Summary: Responsible for providing support to the hotel's building maintenance activities, ensuring proper operation of facilities and contributing to the comfort and safety of guests and staff. Key Highlights: 1. Building maintenance support to ensure guest comfort and safety 2. Execution of supporting services for preventive and corrective electrical maintenance 3. Maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and civil installations Responsible for providing support to the hotel's building maintenance activities, ensuring proper operation of facilities and contributing to guest and staff comfort, safety, and well\-being. Perform supporting services for preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of hotel facilities, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. * Repair electrical, plumbing, and civil installations. * Replace light bulbs, outlets, switches, ballasts, showerheads, faucets, locks, and other commonly used items in guest rooms and public areas. * Replace and handle circuit breakers under technical supervision; * Close electrical circuits at distribution panels under technical supervision; * Perform repair work related to masonry, painting, varnishing, or similar tasks on walls, furniture, piping, and structures, preparing materials required for such work; * Support preventive maintenance of equipment such as air\-conditioning units, pumps, elevators, and generators (where applicable). * Respond to technical service requests in guest rooms (accommodation units) and operational areas. * Assist in maintaining records of completed maintenance tasks and identifying repair needs. * Comply with safety regulations (NRs), use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and internal hotel policies. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of technical areas and the maintenance storeroom. * Work in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
