Conduct monthly vehicle inspections, personally checking brakes, headlights, etc., informing third parties if any repairs are needed, recording vehicle-related issues in a Word document and sending the identified problems to the Branch Manager to keep vehicles in good condition and ensure employee safety. Perform risk assessments based on activities to be carried out by teams, defining which PPE will be used, the safest procedure for performing the task, listing potential risks, to preserve employee physical integrity. Conduct daily safety inspections, specifying existing non-conformities in locations, creating a report and forwarding it to the Branch Manager or responsible company, to preserve employee physical integrity and the Environment. Responsible for managing all procedures related to CIPA elections and its required documents by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, to comply with labor inspections. Description: Monitor and/or implement safety, protection, and environmental programs by following or producing the following processes: PPRA, CIPA, CAT, DDS, etc., supervising and monitoring the use of PPE, controlling expiration dates of equipment and materials, preparing photographic reports, as well as lectures and onboarding sessions for new employees. Responsibilities and duties Distribute daily to employees the PPEs that will be used, collecting damaged ones and separating them, recording on each employee's personal record what was withdrawn and the transaction date, in order to send a notification to the Administrative Assistant for subsequent purchase, compliance with legislation, and preservation of employee physical integrity. Perform daily inventory checks of all occupational safety materials (entries and exits), manually recording in a spreadsheet the list of missing materials, forwarding it to the Administration department for restocking purposes. Visit operational areas daily to inspect safety conditions. Conduct monthly vehicle inspections, personally checking brakes, headlights, etc., informing third parties if any repairs are needed, logging vehicle-related issues in a Word document and sending identified problems to the Branch Manager to ensure vehicles remain in good condition and guarantee employee safety. Perform risk assessments based on activities to be carried out by teams, defining which PPE will be used, determining the safest procedure for task execution, listing potential risks, aiming to preserve employee physical integrity. Conduct daily safety inspections, specifying existing non-conformities at locations, preparing a report and forwarding it to the Branch Manager or responsible company to preserve employee physical integrity and the environment. Responsible for managing all procedures related to CIPA elections and its required documentation as mandated by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, ensuring compliance with labor inspections. Ensure implementation of CIPA actions according to SMS guidelines, identify needs, plan, execute, and evaluate industrial safety and environmental training programs. Control SESMT data monthly, including number of accidents per sector, through incident notifications, compiling CAT forms, conducting accident analysis, establishing benchmarks, calculating lost hours, total per sector, sending copies to the Branch Manager and CSN company for tracking accident numbers and lost hours. Occasionally notify, via an Excel spreadsheet report, an analysis of occurred accidents using simulations or testimonies, outlining corrective measures, sending them to the Supervisor of the area where the accident occurred, aiming to prevent similar future incidents. Occasionally complete an accident report (CAT) on the INSS website within a maximum of forty-eight hours after the accident, reporting the injury, location and time, causative agent, and causing situation, printing a copy for archiving, providing a copy to the employee, and submitting it via the INSS website to communicate the incident to INSS, protect the employee from possible labor difficulties, and safeguard the company against potential labor lawsuits. Occasionally coordinate fire extinguisher replacement or recharging, inspecting each one individually, maintaining direct contact with the company responsible for fire extinguisher maintenance so Triunfo remains prepared in case of fire. Occasionally conduct new employee orientations, presenting risks they are exposed to, teaching procedures and risk analyses, providing comprehensive training, delivering PowerPoint presentations, giving lectures in meeting rooms, introducing them to their Supervisors, to inform new employees about risks, responsibilities, and obligations within the company. Monthly, create an internal newsletter using Word, generating copies and distributing them in areas accessible to employees, including preventive information and current updates, to provide information and foster integration. Supervise units daily to ensure the DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) is being followed, filing and signing the DDS form to promote awareness and accident prevention among employees. Occasionally fill out a spreadsheet provided by the Port of Itaguaí, recording entry and exit of workshop waste, delivering it to the Workshop Chief who is responsible for collection, ensuring compliance with FEEMA regulations. Occasionally represent the company at CPATP (Port Workers Accident Prevention Commission), participating in ordinary and semi-annual meetings to justify issues and take appropriate actions. Plan, coordinate, technically guide, evaluate, and conduct studies, assessments, and inspections of working conditions regarding industrial hygiene, industrial safety, and environmental aspects in work areas, equipment, and facilities. Prepare necessary documentation for opening a Work Accident Communication and forward it to the Human Resources Department for issuance. Guide CIPA members on health and hygiene matters through participation in meetings and delivery of lectures during the company’s prevention week, aiming to prevent occupational diseases and accidents. Recommend and guide implementation of preventive safety measures across all industrial, administrative, and environmental protection areas. Ensure implementation of CIPA actions according to SMS standards, identify needs, plan, execute, and evaluate industrial safety and environmental training programs. Develop action plans to meet the SMS Annex scope of the contract, presenting evidence to PETROBRAS. Participate in SMS, industrial safety, and environmental audit programs, monitor operational activities in contractual areas, aiming to ensure personnel safety, asset protection, and environmental preservation. Investigate and analyze accidents and abnormal occurrences, planning and executing Action Plans to enhance operational safety. Develop contingency plans and coordinate emergency control activities for all contractual areas, acting according to technical standards and operational procedures.
