We are seeking an **Operations Manager** to ensure operational excellence at the venue before, during, and after shows, guaranteeing a complete, seamless, and high-standard experience for customers. **Key Responsibilities** * **Day-to-Day Operations:** Responsible for ensuring full venue operations before, during, and after shows, coordinating operational and artistic teams according to the established schedule. * **Customer Experience:** Ensures excellence in service delivery, upholding the Roxy’s premium standards and guaranteeing hospitality, appropriate communication, and professional conduct across teams. * **People Management:** Leads and develops operational teams, organizing shifts, days off, and vacations, as well as collaborating with HR on training routines, feedback, and performance evaluations. * **Food & Beverage (F&B):** Ensures quality, hygiene, and food safety standards, monitoring consumption, waste, and operational costs. * **Planning and Processes:** Designs, reviews, and updates processes and checklists, ensuring new initiatives and changes are tested before implementation. * **Metrics, Data, and Control:** Monitors operational KPIs and collaborates with BI, Finance, and Commercial departments to analyze data and continuously improve results. **Basic Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields. * Prior experience in operational management, preferably in restaurants, live venues, events, hospitality, or entertainment. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Experience leading diverse, high-demand teams. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience managing large-audience operations or highly complex environments. * Knowledge of operational metrics, management systems, and F&B processes. * Advanced English or Spanish. * Analytical profile and ability to make quick decisions.
