




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured - CLT labor code * Perform accurate diagnostics on automotive vehicles, identifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on brake systems, suspension, transmission, engine, air conditioning, and other automotive components. * Replace defective parts and components, ensuring the use of original and high-quality parts. * Conduct road tests to verify that repairs have been properly performed and that the vehicle is in perfect working condition. * Maintain detailed records of services performed, including diagnostics, repairs, and replaced parts, using the dealership’s computerized systems. * Strictly adhere to safety standards and procedures established by the dealership and vehicle manufacturers. * Participate in technical training and updates provided by the dealership and manufacturers to enhance knowledge and skills. * Collaborate with the work team, maintaining an organized and clean environment, and contributing to continuous improvement of maintenance processes. **Requirements:** * Completed High School * Technical Course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician at automotive dealerships * Knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems * Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical and electrical problems * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals * Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools * Driver’s License Category B **Preferred Qualifications:** * Manufacturer-specific certifications * Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles * Knowledge of maintenance management software * Skills in welding and electronic component repair * Specialization course in advanced diagnostics **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
