Ensure compliance with safety regulations **Job Description** **Job Description** **Oliveira Alpinismo Industrial** is seeking a **Technical Supervisor with a background in Building Construction** to supervise technical and high-rise building maintenance services, with a focus on planning, team leadership, and operational quality. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate field teams, ensuring productivity and service quality; * Prepare **execution schedules** and **monthly technical reports**, including indicator monitoring; * Control measurements, work orders, photographic records, and daily field reports; * Support material and tool planning, and PPE control; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR\-35, NR\-18, NR\-06, and related standards); * Conduct field inspections and report incidents to the technical management; * Represent the company at operational and technical meetings with clients. **Requirements** * Completed **Technical Course in Building Construction**; * Prior experience as Construction Supervisor, Technical Supervisor, or similar role; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**; * Experience in **preparing execution schedules and monthly technical reports**; * Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings; * Basic knowledge of measurements, quality control, and occupational safety; * Experience in building maintenance, façade work, or civil construction is desirable; * Advantage: knowledge of **rope access** (NR\-35, IRATA, etc.). **Desired Profile** A professional with strong technical and organizational vision, results-oriented, excellent communication skills, and leadership capability.
