Conduct audits, tax analysis, and provide strategic support Job Mission: Ensure the accuracy of accounting records in compliance with current accounting standards, providing financial analyses and statements to support the organization's strategic decision-making and assist management in special projects. Description of main activities performed by this role \- Validation of supplementary tax filings: REINF, DIRF, DCTF, EFD Contributions, DEFIS, DMED, DMOB, IBGE, ECD, and ECF; \- Develop controls to ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines while maintaining the accuracy and quality of provided information; \- Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Explanatory Notes; \- Analyze calculated withholding taxes and taxes based on invoicing for technical review, verifying compliance with applicable regulations and legislation; \- Support internal and external audits; \- Collaborate with other company departments by providing accounting information; \- Review and ensure annual tax filings align with facts recorded in accounting reports; \- Prepare management reports and working papers to support clients' decision-making; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with accounting systems, with preference given to Domínio and BPO Financeiro (Conta Azul and OMIE). Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; postgraduate degree (preferred) in related fields, with active CRC registration. Languages: English (preferred).
