Guidance to nursing technicians and family members on health care **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide high-quality, responsible, and empathetic nursing care to patients under your supervision, strictly adhering to instructions and protocols established by the healthcare team. Ensure patient well-being and safety, contributing to recovery and health maintenance through humanized technical practices, while effectively collaborating in the training of nursing technicians during patient admission to the home. **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- Provide nursing care to patients at home, including personal hygiene, feeding, mobilization, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring, as outlined in the care plan. Medication Administration:** * Administer medications via oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous routes, strictly following medical prescriptions and documenting all administrations in the patient's medical record. 3. **Vital Signs Monitoring:** * Regularly check and record patients' vital signs—including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration—and immediately report any significant changes to the supervising nurse. 4. **Dressings and Wound Care:** * Perform wound dressings following the responsible nurse’s instructions and company protocols, monitoring healing progression and preventing infections. 5. **Education and Guidance:** * Guide nursing technicians during patient admission and instruct family members on health care, medication administration, and proper use of medical equipment, promoting treatment adherence. 6. **Documentation and Reporting:** * Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities performed, including clinical progression, medication administration, and relevant observations, using the company’s documentation systems. 8. **Equipment Supervision:** * Ensure correct usage and maintenance of healthcare equipment used in home care, reporting any need for maintenance or replacement. 9. **Communication with Healthcare Team:** * Maintain constant communication with the healthcare team, reporting changes in the patient’s clinical status, difficulties encountered, and requesting support whenever necessary. 10. **Compliance with Safety Protocols:** * Follow all biosafety, infection prevention, and pressure injury prevention standards to ensure a safe environment for both the patient and yourself. 11. **Procedure Support:** * Assist nurses and other professionals during more complex procedures conducted at home, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. 12. **Reporting and Communication:** * Prepare detailed reports on the patient’s condition, interventions performed, and guidance provided to the family, ensuring all information is properly communicated to the healthcare team. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- INDIFFERENT **Salary:** ------------ $1,905.83 **Benefits:** --------------- * Amil Medical Plan; · Amil Dental Plan; · Education Allowance; · On-site Meals; · Birthday Day Off; · Annual Bonus; · Discounts at partner companies; **Work Location:** ---------------------- SOLAR MATRIZ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Daily
