Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Team Leader for technology teams and projects, with solid experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core, to work in a challenging and innovative environment. Description: * Solid hands-on experience with C\# and .NET/.NET Core (preferably early in career), including practical software development experience; * Current or recent experience coordinating/leading technology or digital product teams or projects; * Experience with highly available systems and scalable architecture, ensuring performance and stability under high traffic volumes; * Knowledge of SQL Server (basic to intermediate level); * Strong communication, planning, delivery management, and facilitation skills for technical and strategic meetings. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in toll concession sectors, urban mobility, or digital public services; * Certifications or practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); * Familiarity with DevOps concepts, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
