Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our technology team, responsible for support, development, documentation, and implementation of systems. Key Highlights: 1. Provide support, user assistance, and specification of system requirements. 2. Develop new features and implement systems with a focus on quality. 3. Work with C#, .NET 5+, REST APIs, SQL Server, and management tools. Systems Analyst Position We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our technology team. Responsibilities: * 1\. Provide user support for systems. 2\. Address tickets, incidents, and system improvements according to priority. 3\. Specify new requirements, create prototypes, and document them so they can be developed—even by others. 4\. Prepare system documentation and operational manuals. 5\. Develop new features and implement new systems as required. 6\. Test new implementations and ensure proper functionality with appropriate quality. 7\. Model and implement new database structures. 8\. Implement integrations between systems. 9\. Regularly report progress on tasks to supervisors. 10\. Meet with users to gather detailed information and requirements for systems. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields * Experience developing with C\# and .NET 5 or later, focusing on REST APIs; object-oriented programming (OOP); coding best practices; and SOLID principles * Knowledge and application of asynchronous programming (async/await) * Creation and maintenance of RESTful APIs returning JSON * Application of Clean Architecture, CQRS, and patterns such as Mediator, Repository, and Unit of Work * Implementation of authentication and authorization using JWT and Bearer Token * Knowledge of DDL and DML in SQL Server databases * Writing queries using JOINs, CTEs, GROUP BY, HAVING, and subqueries * Use of Entity Framework Core with Fluent API and Migrations * Experience with API testing tools such as Insomnia, Postman, or similar * Experience using GIT and GITHUB * Updating task statuses in management tools such as GLPI, Planner, Gira, or Azure DevOps
