Lead continuous improvement and automation projects A group of restaurants is seeking a Procurement Manager in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Manage the entire supply chain, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution. Organize and enhance processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers. Develop and monitor performance indicators such as costs, delivery time, and service level. Lead continuous improvement and automation projects using ERP and BI tools. Establish procurement strategies to support company expansion. Manage and develop suppliers and logistics partners. Support data-driven strategic decision-making. Previous experience as Procurement Coordinator, Procurement Supervisor, Procurement Analyst, or Supply Chain Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
