Responsibilities: * Monitoring utility company processes; * Monitoring required permits and renewals; * Execution of sales booths and decorated model apartments; * Scope development and hiring of design professionals; * Development and approval of concept and preliminary studies; * Monitoring and approval of legal, fire protection, and executive projects across all disciplines; * Land legalization; * Obtaining a duly registered property registration; * Monitoring municipal and environmental agency processes; * Obtaining required permits and licenses. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering or Architecture; * Prior experience in legal approvals, land subdivision, bidding, tendering, total cost and process control, and development planning is desirable; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
