Job Responsibilities: Develop, control, and optimize strategic maintenance, project, and industrial operations schedules; Coordinate planning of resources, materials, contracts, and teams for activity execution; Manage scheduled shutdowns, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and major interventions; Monitor performance indicators, productivity, costs, and adherence to planning; Prepare technical and managerial reports to support decision-making; Conduct critical analysis of deviations, operational risks, and define action plans; Ensure integration among planning, operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement; Participate in strategic meetings for project and contract monitoring; Propose continuous improvements to processes, controls, and planning methodologies; Support audits, document control, and compliance with internal standards and safety requirements.
