Job responsibilities: Assist in planning and monitoring operational and maintenance activities; Update schedules, controls, and performance indicators; Support the issuance and control of service orders and technical documentation; Enter and update information in control systems and spreadsheets; Monitor execution deadlines and support the control of required materials and resources; Assist in preparing management reports and productivity tracking; Support field teams and internal departments regarding activity scheduling; Organize documents, technical files, and maintenance/project history records; Support cost control, time reporting, and operational indicator tracking; Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and information organization.
