Job Mission: Plan, develop, and monitor projects within the scope of responsibility through analysis, execution, and monitoring of actions, technical procedures, and defined work plans, thereby effectively contributing to the technical quality of performed activities and operating in accordance with standards and guidelines established by JP Projetos. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct preliminary studies and/or prior consultations; * Conduct technical feasibility studies; * Interview clients; * Perform field surveys; * Define project solutions; * Make technical decisions; * Specify materials to be used in designed construction projects; * Define drawings, charts, diagrams, spreadsheets, tables, and reports; * Draft descriptive reports; * Perform quantitative takeoffs of Material Lists; * Analyze problems technically and propose appropriate solutions.
