This person will be responsible for coordinating product development that reflects our purpose—monitoring trends, connecting departments, and ensuring each deliverable embodies the brand’s essence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop research boards and trend analyses across interior design, furniture, architecture, visual merchandising (VM), materials, and consumer behavior. * Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities, references, and benchmarks, including strategic comparisons against the brand’s current portfolio. * Evaluate brand presence and perception in both digital and physical environments, generating relevant insights for product evolution and development. * Translate research and analyses into clear, targeted briefs to support product development, as well as guide audiovisual, VM, and communication initiatives. * Actively participate in internal process management, ensuring consistent brand application—from product development through photoshoot execution and new collection launches, including external productions. **Role Challenges:** * Maintain an attentive, analytical, and curious perspective, with sensitivity to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities within the design universe. * Possess broad, holistic understanding of the furniture industry. * Coordinate internal project development, ensuring alignment among concept, feasibility, timelines, and budget—from planning through launch. **Essential Requirements:** * Experience in Market Research, Product Development, and Project Management. * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Architecture, or related fields. * Proficiency in metrics and data analysis. * Microsoft Office Suite * Responsible, committed, communicative, and organized profile. **Salary and Benefits:** Market-competitive compensation, monthly performance-based targets \+ benefits **Work Model:** Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM **Work Location:** Taquara, Jacarepaguá, Rio de Janeiro Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
