Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR FOR COLLECTIONS are:** * Create, implement, and manage PDD (Provision for Doubtful Debtors) business intelligence indicators, and lead meetings with Business Units on this topic; * Create and manage the following financial result lines: received penalties and interest, and granted discounts; * Create and monitor strategic indicators such as rollover rate by delinquency bucket, portfolio sizes, and significant changes; * Lead the area’s budget (creation, updating, and management), and develop performance forecasts (using creative and diverse statistical methods); * Proactively engage in forecasting, scenario analysis, and impact assessment (pre- and post-event), both for PDD and for discount expense lines and penalty and interest revenue; * Holistically manage delinquent portfolios, including understanding student profiles, incorporating behavioral analyses, and more; * Monitor external benchmarks—including competitors, financial statement analysis of analogous companies, and opportunity identification. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in: Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Master’s degree completed (preferred, not mandatory); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of the higher education market (preferred, not mandatory); * Knowledge of collection strategy and policies (mandatory); Experience in collection strategy, delinquent portfolio management indicators, and performance management. * **Additional Information** Work Location: Barra da Tijuca – RJ. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexible options from 8 AM to 5 PM. Work Model: Hybrid.
